Bosch Oxygen Sensor P/N:16615
Bosch 15175 oxygen sensor for the 1999-2002 Land Rover Discovery V8 4.0L and the 2003-2004 Discovery V8 4.6L measures oxygen in the exhaust and sends air-fuel-ratio readings to the ECU. This Bosch O2 sensor is a heated, narrow-band switching type for the upstream position.
A worn oxygen sensor can show up as a check engine light, poor fuel economy or a rough idle. Before you replace it, rule out an exhaust leak near the sensor, damaged wiring or a loose connector, and fuel or ignition faults, because a code alone does not prove the sensor itself failed.
This upstream sensor is a direct-fit replacement for the 1999-2002 Land Rover Discovery V8 4.0L and the 2003-2004 Discovery V8 4.6L.

Build and materials
One oxygen sensor with its wiring harness. A mounting bracket is not included, and the old one may not be reusable. This listing is one sensor; the 1999-2002 Discovery V8 4.0L and the 2003-2004 Discovery V8 4.6L take two.
Is this upstream oxygen sensor right for the 2003-2004 Land Rover Discovery V8 4.6L?
Yes. Bosch 15175 is an upstream sensor for the 2003-2004 Land Rover Discovery V8 4.6L and the 1999-2002 Discovery V8 4.0L.
Does this upstream oxygen sensor come with a mounting bracket?
No. Bosch 15175 comes with its wiring harness, but a mounting bracket is not included.
What makes this Bosch premium oxygen sensor a switching type?
It is a heated narrow-band sensor that gives the ECU air-fuel-ratio readings for closed-loop control. It reaches operating temperature in under 10 seconds.
What thread and hex size does this oxygen sensor have?
This oxygen sensor has an M18 - 1.5 thread and a 22 mm hex, with 12.6 in from the sealing surface to the end of the connector.
Does this oxygen sensor need anti-seize on the threads?
The threads come with conductive anti-seize already applied, and the sensor has direct-fit connectors for quick installation.
