Bosch Oxygen Sensor P/N:16473
Bosch 16143 oxygen sensor for the 2017-2021 BMW 230i 4-cylinder 2.0L and other vehicles measures the air-fuel ratio in the exhaust and reports it to the ECU. This downstream, heated narrow-band unit helps the ECU keep combustion stable and emissions down.
A check engine light, rough running or poorer fuel economy can mean a tired sensor, but each of them has other possible causes. Before you replace it, look over the sensor's wiring and connector for cracks, melted insulation or damage while the engine is off and cool.
This oxygen sensor also fits the 2017-2021 BMW 230i xDrive 4-cylinder 2.0L and the 2018-2021 BMW X3 4-cylinder 2.0L, plus many other BMW models. If your BMW isn't named here, look up its year and engine in the "Vehicles it fits" section.
