This upstream (pre-catalyst) oxygen sensor drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2014-2016 and 2018 Mercedes-Benz CLS550, 2014 CLS63 AMG, 2014-2018 CLS63 AMG S, 2015-2017 E400, 2014-2017 E550, 2014-2016 E63 AMG S, 2016-2018 GLE550E, 2017 S550, and 2019-2020 S560E. It reads the oxygen content of the exhaust ahead of the catalytic converter and reports that signal to the engine control module so it can trim the air-fuel ratio.
