CARDONE Reman Disc Brake Caliper P/N:18-4124
Put a freshly remanufactured caliper back at the rear left wheel with this A1 CARDONE brake caliper, part number 18-B4940. This unloaded unit clamps the brake pads against the rotor when you press the pedal, and it ships with its mounting bracket. It fits many vehicles, among them the 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 and 2002-2006 Chevrolet Tahoe. See the "Vehicles it fits" section for the full list and engine details.
Every A1 CARDONE caliper is remanufactured to CARDONE's quality and performance standards using new components. Its pistons are built to be durable, to resist cracking and pitting, and to handle heavy loads.
Depending on the application, CARDONE also supplies new banjo bolts, washers, stainless steel hardware clips and mounting pins. Because the caliper is sold unloaded, brake pads are purchased separately. It is sold individually for the rear left position, and replacing both calipers on the axle together is recommended for balanced braking. CARDONE's remanufacturing process uses 80% less energy and raw material than making a new part.
