Power Steering Pump for 2003-2005 Mercedes-Benz ML350 & More - CARDONE Reman 21-5394

Keep the power-assist flowing and the steering effort light with the CARDONE Remanufactured Power Steering Pump 21-5394 (also written 215394). This unit generates the hydraulic pressure that drives the power-steering system, and it drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2003-2005 Mercedes-Benz ML350 and 2004-2005 Mercedes-Benz ML500. CARDONE remanufactures each pump to meet or exceed O.E. performance, scrutinizing the original design for potential improvements where applicable.

• Triple-tested internals: All critical components (campacs, spool valves, etc.) are triple-tested to ensure product reliability.
• Leak-resistant seals: Built with 100% new O-rings and premium-grade HNBR seals, which do not break down at high temperatures like conventional seal material.
• Precision-surfaced shaft: Shafts are surfaced to precise specifications to reduce premature seal wear and extend pump life.
• Calibrated relief valve: Supplied with a 100% tested and calibrated pressure relief valve.

Final assembly is computer-tested to measure pressure, bypass, fluid flow, valve operation, steering effort and noise. The remanufacturing process is earth-friendly, cutting the energy and raw material of a new part by 80%. If a worn or leaking power steering pump is behind heavy steering, whining, or fluid loss, this unit replaces it. See the "Vehicles it fits" section for engine specifics on your vehicle.
