Cloyes Accessory Drive Belt Kit P/N:B40022
Cloyes B40029 accessory drive belt kit for the 2007-2011 Ford Focus 4-cylinder 2.0L and other vehicles replaces the belt, tensioner and pulleys of the engine's accessory drive. Some applications add extra components to the kit.
A belt squeal, a cracked or frayed belt, or a tensioner or pulley that wobbles can mean the belt drive is worn, though a failing alternator bearing or a noisy bearing in another belt-driven accessory can sound much the same, so find the cause before replacing anything.
This kit fits the 2007-2011 Ford Focus 4-cylinder 2.0L and the 2010-2013 Ford Transit Connect 4-cylinder 2.0L. Either vehicle takes one kit.

Yes, the belt is EPDM. It withstands extreme temperatures and resists cracking and stretching.

The pulleys are high-strength steel or reinforced polymer, depending on the application. The tensioner is a round or flat spring type, also depending on the application.
Should I replace the tensioner and pulleys along with the belt?
The kit pairs the belt with a matched tensioner and pulleys so they go on as one set. A worn pulley or weakened tensioner can shorten the life of a new belt.
