Dayco Engine Harmonic Balancer P/N:PB1009N
PowerBond by Dayco PB1730N harmonic balancer for the 1999-2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara and other vehicles damps crankshaft vibration. It also has two integrated serpentine pulleys.
A worn engine harmonic balancer can show up as belt noise, vibration or a cracked or shifted outer ring. With the engine off and cool, look it over for cracks and worn timing marks. Belt noise can also come from the belt or tensioner, so find the cause before replacing the balancer. A 1999-2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara takes one.
This balancer is listed for a wide range of Suzuki and Chevrolet models, led by the 1999-2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara, the 2002-2006 Suzuki XL-7 and the 2001-2004 Chevrolet Tracker V6 2.5L.
