Quick facts

• Part: Dayco 72366 radiator coolant hose
• Fits: 2006-2009 Chevrolet Impala V8 5.3L and other vehicles
• Position: Upper
• Condition: New

A hose that is cracked, soft or weeping coolant at the ends can mean it is due for replacement. A leaking radiator, a worn water pump, a leaking thermostat housing or a loose clamp can be behind coolant loss or overheating too, so find the cause before buying. Let the engine cool completely before you look at any hose. The V8 5.3L takes one upper hose.
