Delphi FG0222 fuel pump module for the 1993-1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee 6-cylinder 4.0L or V8 5.2L and other vehicles moves fuel from the tank toward the engine. The module, also called a fuel pump assembly, has a float arm that feeds the gas gauge and is built to Delphi's OE standards.
- Empty float height and float retention are held to specification for a correct gas gauge reading
- Lower amperage draw puts less load on the vehicle's electrical system
- Validated and tested, then matched to the right vehicle application
- Design and durability intended to give lower failure rates
Quick facts
- Part: Delphi FG0222 fuel pump module
- Also called: fuel pump assembly
- Fits: 1993-1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee 6-cylinder 4.0L or V8 5.2L and other vehicles
- Condition: New
Hard starting, stalling or a gas gauge that reads wrong can mean the module is worn, though a clogged fuel filter or a faulty fuel pump relay can be behind them too. If the module is the cause, this one replaces it.
Fits
This module fits the 1993-1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee 6-cylinder 4.0L or V8 5.2L and the 1993 Jeep Grand Wagoneer V8 5.2L.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Delphi fuel pump module fit the 1993 Jeep Grand Wagoneer V8 5.2L?
Yes. Delphi FG0222 fits the 1993 Jeep Grand Wagoneer V8 5.2L, as well as the 1993-1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee 6-cylinder 4.0L or V8 5.2L.
Does this Delphi fuel pump module assembly include the float arm?
Yes. Delphi FG0222 comes with the float arm, a seal and an instruction sheet. The listing is one module.
How does the Delphi fuel module keep the gas gauge accurate?
This fuel pump module's empty float height and float retention match OE specifications, which gives a correct gas gauge reading. The part is also validated and tested for its vehicle application.
Is the Delphi module easier on the electrical system?
Yes. This module draws lower amperage, so it puts less load on the vehicle's electrical system.
Is there anything to do to the fuel tank before fitting this pump module?
Yes. Delphi FG0222 should go into a tank that has been checked and cleaned, and the instruction sheet that comes with it covers the rest.
