Delphi PS20127 manifold absolute pressure sensor for the 2004-2005 Dodge Ram 1500 V8 5.7L and other vehicles measures the pressure inside the intake manifold. The Delphi manifold absolute pressure sensor sends that reading to the engine computer, which uses it to help set fuel delivery and ignition timing.
- Tested and calibrated for accurate readings
- Silicone gel over the integrated circuit chip protects against shock and vibration
- Internal protection against moisture intrusion and vibration
Quick facts
- Part: Delphi PS20127 manifold absolute pressure sensor
- Fits: 2004-2005 Dodge Ram 1500 V8 5.7L and other vehicles
- Condition: New
A rough idle, hesitation or a check engine light can mean the sensor is not reporting manifold pressure correctly. A vacuum leak, a clogged air filter or a dirty throttle body can be behind the same signs, so find the cause before you buy a sensor.
Fits
The 2004-2005 Dodge Ram 1500 V8 5.7L, the 2005-2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee V8 5.7L and the 2006 Dodge Charger V8 5.7L each take one of these sensors, and so do many other models. Open the "Vehicles it fits" section to check your exact model and engine.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Delphi PS20127 fit a 2004-2005 Dodge Ram 1500 V8 5.7L?
Yes. Delphi PS20127 is listed for the 2004-2005 Dodge Ram 1500 V8 5.7L, and each of those trucks takes one. The "Vehicles it fits" section covers other models and engines.
What protects the circuit inside this manifold absolute pressure sensor?
Silicone gel covers the integrated circuit chip to guard against shock and vibration. The sensor is also internally protected against moisture intrusion and vibration.
Can a failing manifold absolute pressure sensor set the check engine light?
Yes, it can, though other faults can set the light too. A shop can read the stored codes and test the sensor to see whether it is the cause.
Does the Delphi PS20127 come with anything besides the sensor?
No. The package contents list only the manifold absolute pressure sensor itself.
Does Delphi PS20127 replace the 5602 8562AB number?
Yes. 5602 8562AB is one of the numbers listed as interchanging with Delphi PS20127; the Interchange line at the bottom of the page has the others.
