Delphi Mass Air Flow Sensor P/N:AF10174
Delphi AF10159 mass air flow sensor for the 2000-2003 Hyundai Accent 4-cylinder 1.5L and the 2001-2002 Accent 4-cylinder 1.6L measures the air flowing into the engine. The engine computer uses the reading from this Delphi MAF sensor to help set fuel delivery.
A rough idle, hesitation or a check engine light can mean the sensor is worn, though a clogged air filter or a dirty throttle body can also be behind them, so find out which before replacing the sensor.
This mass air flow sensor fits the 2000-2003 Hyundai Accent 4-cylinder 1.5L and the 2001-2002 Accent 4-cylinder 1.6L, and either engine takes one. It is designed and tested to meet or exceed OE requirements.

This part cross-references / interchanges with the following part numbers:
Is this the air flow sensor for the 2000-2003 Hyundai Accent 4-cylinder 1.5L?
Yes. Delphi AF10159 fits the 2000-2003 Hyundai Accent 4-cylinder 1.5L and the 2001-2002 Accent 4-cylinder 1.6L, and each engine takes one sensor.
Is this Delphi air flow sensor sold with the housing?
No. Delphi AF10159 is the probe only, so the flow tube does not need to be replaced.
Are the parts inside this mass air flow sensor all new?
Yes. This sensor is built from all-new components, and it is calibrated and tested to match the OE part.
Can a bad mass air flow sensor affect fuel economy?
It can. The engine computer sets fuel from the sensor's air reading, and a wrong reading can throw that off. A shop can test the sensor with a scan tool.
Is 28164-22610 the same part as Delphi AF10159?
Yes. 28164-22610 is on this part's interchange list, so Delphi AF10159 replaces it.
