It fits many vehicles, among them the 1998-2011 Ford Crown Victoria, 2003-2011 Lincoln Town Car and 2003-2011 Mercury Grand Marquis; see the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list. This rear track bar (also called a panhard bar) links the rear axle to the chassis to locate it laterally and limit side-to-side movement, helping maintain proper axle position and stable handling. When a worn or failed track bar is the cause of a wandering rear end, clunking, or loose handling over uneven roads, this unit replaces it.
