Designed for consistent, quiet rear braking, the ADVICS brake pad set AD0325 is an ultra-premium ceramic pad that is designed and tested to original-equipment specifications. It fits many vehicles, among them the 1988-1999 Toyota Camry, 1999-2000 Toyota Solara and 1986-1999 Toyota Celica, as a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications. This rear disc brake pad set uses ADVICS-approved ceramic friction material. It is made for quiet, smooth and low-dust operation in everyday driving.
- Ceramic friction material: The ceramic compound is integrally molded to a black fine blank steel backing plate.
- Multi-layer shims included: The black multi-layer shims are built to OE shim specifications or better. They are intended to keep noise low and reduce vibration.
- Chamfered edges: ADVICS chamfers the pad edges to help reduce noise, vibration and harshness.
- Mechanical wear indicator: An attached wear indicator is designed to make an audible squeal when the friction material wears thin.
The set contains four pads. Each inner and outer pad measures 107.442 mm wide and 42.4 mm high, with an overall thickness of 14.9 mm. The FMSI number is 7223-D325, and the listed applications use one set. Mounting hardware, abutment clips and brake lubricant are not included. Country of origin: Japan.
Signs the pads may need replacing include a squeal from the wear indicator, a grinding noise, or longer stopping distances. Inspect the pads and rotors to confirm the cause before you replace parts.
