Description

Hold your truck securely in place with the Dorman - First Stop Parking Brake Cable C661014. This rear-left (driver's side) parking brake cable drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 2009-2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and 2009-2013 GMC Sierra 1500 (All engines). It transmits the mechanical force from the parking brake lever or pedal back to the rear brake so the vehicle stays put when parked.

Built to match the original: engineered and tested so its fit, function and performance line up with the factory brake cable on the listed vehicles.
Smooth, protected action: the inner cable is sheathed and lubricated for improved durability.
Wear protection: a flexible casing fully covered with conduit shields the interior cable, and zinc-plated fittings plus a corrosion-resistant design help resist rust.
Specs: 53.31 in overall length, conduit included, rubber outer sleeve, black housing.

If a stretched, frayed, seized or corroded cable is the reason your parking brake won't hold or feels slack, this replaces it. Mounting hardware is not included; consult the vehicle service information for the correct fasteners and whether they may be reused. Country of origin: China.
