Description

Keep your parking brake responding to the pedal with the Dorman - First Stop Parking Brake Cable C94639, a front parking brake cable that mechanically transmits the applied force from the parking brake lever to set the brake. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 1992-1993 Buick Riviera, 1992-2002 Cadillac Eldorado, 1992-1997 Cadillac Seville, 1992 Oldsmobile Toronado, and 1994-1999 Cadillac DeVille.

Front position: serves the front parking brake cable location on the listed applications.
Job it does: carries the actuation force from the parking brake lever/pedal through to the brake, so the pedal travel translates into holding force.
Signs this cable may need replacing: a frayed or corroded cable, a lever that pulls up too far or feels slack, or a cable that sticks or binds. If a worn cable is the cause, this replaces it.
Sold individually: this listing is for one cable.

Inspect the routing, clips, and mating hardware during installation, and consult the vehicle service information for the correct procedure.
