A cracked lens, moisture or fogging inside the housing, or a lamp that stays dark can mean the assembly needs replacing. With the engine off, look over the lens and housing for cracks and water, and check the bulb and connector first, since a dark lamp can have other causes. Many owners replace both headlights together so the two sides match, but this listing is one left assembly and the right side is a separate part.
