The Dorman 97965 front exterior door handle for the 2010-2017 Chevrolet Equinox and other vehicles is the outside handle you pull to open the door. It is made to match the fit and look of the stock handle.
- Part of the Dorman HELP line
- Designed to look and work the same as the original handle on these vehicles
- Built to the dimensions and specifications of the original stock handle
- Built to original equipment quality
- Black primed plastic, ready to paint to match your vehicle's color
A cracked or snapped handle, a handle that feels loose, or a door that won't open from the outside can mean the exterior door handle is worn out. These signs alone don't prove the handle has failed, because a worn door latch can also keep the door shut.
The 2010-2017 Chevrolet Equinox, 2009-2017 Chevrolet Traverse and 2007-2016 GMC Acadia each take one of these handles, and it fits a wide range of other Chevrolet, GMC, Buick and Saturn models too. The door side depends on the vehicle: it goes on the front left door of these three and most of the others, and on the front right door of the rest.
