Dorman - OE Solutions Engine Control Module (ECM) P/N:318-045
Dorman 318-271 engine control module (ecm) for the 2003 Dodge Neon 4-cylinder 2.0L and other vehicles processes sensor inputs to control engine ignition and fueling. This remanufactured module is tested to meet original equipment performance.
A failing engine control module can show up as a check engine light, hard starting or stalling, but wiring and sensor faults can look much the same. Before you replace the module, rule out the battery, grounds, connectors and sensor wiring that feed it. The part is also labeled a powertrain control module.
It fits the 2003 Dodge Neon 4-cylinder 2.0L and the 2003 Dodge SX 2.0 4-cylinder 2.0L. Either car takes a single module for its engine.
