Dorman - OE Solutions Leaf Helper Spring P/N:43-903HD
Dorman 43-1869 rear leaf helper spring for the 2011-2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty and other vehicles adds load support to the rear suspension.
A rear end that sags under load, or a spring with visible cracks or heavy rust, can mean the helper spring has worn out. Before you replace it, rule out other causes of a low or uneven rear ride, such as worn shocks or tired main leaf springs.
It is a direct-fit replacement for the 2011-2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty and the 2011-2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty. Two go on the rear axle, one at each side. This listing is one spring, and the other side of that axle is normally done at the same time.
