Dorman - OE Solutions Secondary Air Injection Check Valve P/N:911-607
Dorman 911-170 right secondary air injection check valve for the 2005-2013 Subaru Forester H4 2.5L and other vehicles passes air one way and blocks reverse flow. It is made to replace the original valve when that valve fails.
A check valve that stops sealing can let flow run backward, and the signs can include a secondary air injection fault code or warning light. Before you replace the valve, rule out a bad air pump, a split air hose or a faulty control valve, since any of them can set that same code.
It fits the 2005-2013 Subaru Forester H4 2.5L, the 2006-2014 Subaru Impreza H4 2.5L and the 2013-2021 Subaru WRX STI H4 2.5L as a direct replacement. The right side takes one valve per vehicle, and the other side is ordered separately.
