Replace a corroded or broken front stabilizer bar with the Dorman suspension stabilizer bar 927-100, a solid forged steel upgrade from Dorman's OE FIX line. It fits many vehicles, among them the 2000-2013 Chevrolet Impala, 2014-2016 Chevrolet Impala Limited and 1997-2003 Pontiac Grand Prix, and it is a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications.
On certain vehicles, the original tubular steel stabilizer bar fails when moisture and road salt corrode it at the bushings. Dorman redesigned this front bar in solid forged steel to address that weak point. The bar links the left and right sides of the suspension to help limit body roll in turns.
