Dorman - OE Solutions Window Motor and Regulator Assembly P/N:741-741
Built to raise and lower the front left door glass, the Dorman window regulator 741-428 combines the regulator and its power motor in one unit and is a direct-fit replacement for the 2004-2008 Ford F-150, 2004-2008 Ford Lobo and 2006-2008 Lincoln Mark LT. This Dorman OE FIX part addresses a known weak point of the original design. On the factory regulator, the cable can bind when it loses tension, and this replacement is built to resist that.
The window may need a new regulator or motor if it moves slowly, stops partway, drops or tilts in its track, or makes grinding or clicking noises inside the door. A faulty switch or damaged wiring can cause similar symptoms, so diagnose the cause before replacing the part. If the front left regulator or motor has failed, this assembly replaces both at once. The Buyer's Guide tab has the full fitment chart.
