What is GEOSPEC coating?
It's a silver-gray paint coating DFC applies to the rotors that, per DFC, fights rust better than conventional paint or zinc coatings. The rotors ship dry and install without pre-degreasing.
Do the rotors need cleaning before install?
No. DFC states the rotors are processed dry, shipped dry, and ready to install without additional preparation; the coating is swept away by the friction material during use.
Are the ceramic pads good for daily driving?
