Tackle a complete front brake refresh in one box with the DYNAMIC FRICTION brake kit 4512-27117 (also written 451227117), a front-axle disc brake kit that bundles GEOSPEC-coated rotors, DFC 5000 ceramic pads, and a hardware kit. It fits many vehicles, among them the 2019-2025 Volvo S60, 2018-2025 Volvo XC60 and 2019-2021 Volvo V60 (see the "Vehicles it fits" section for the full list), and the rotors are designed to meet the same form, fit, and function as OEM brake rotors with no modifications required.

GEOSPEC coated rotors: a silver-gray paint finish that fights rust better than conventional paint or zinc coatings; cast from the G3000/G11H18 iron specification and given a non-directional finish. They ship dry and ready to install with no pre-degreasing.
DFC 5000 ceramic pads: 100% post-cured and scorched to minimize break-in, assembled with premium rubber-steel-rubber shims. Chamfered and slotted where applicable to reduce noise when braking, and designed to deliver a consistent pedal feel.
Hardware kit: combines PTFE coating, vulcanized rubber, and stainless steel, with rubber-coated abutment clips.
