Tackle a complete rear brake job in one box with the Dynamic Friction brake kit 4512-48115, a rear disc brake kit that bundles GEOSPEC coated rotors, DFC 5000 ceramic pads, and hardware for the 2006-2016 Chevrolet Express 2500, 2003-2017 Chevrolet Express 3500, 2006-2017 GMC Savana 2500, and 2003-2017 GMC Savana 3500 (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level fitment). Designed to meet the same form, fit, and function as OEM, it installs without modifications.

• DFC GEOSPEC coated rotors: cast to a G3000/G11H18 iron specification and finished with GEOSPEC coating, a silver-gray paint DFC says fights rust better than conventional paint or zinc coatings. A non-directional finish promotes faster pad bed-in and smoother, quieter stops, and each rotor ships dry, ready to install with no pre-degreasing.
• DFC 5000 ceramic brake pads: 100% asbestos-free, post-cured and scorched to reduce the initial break-in period, with Rubber-Steel-Rubber shims for improved NVH (noise, vibration, harshness).
• Rear hardware: stainless steel hardware with rubber-coated abutment clips, chamfered and slotted where applicable to help reduce braking noise.

The ceramic friction is formulated for low dust and a quiet, consistent pedal feel during everyday street driving. For even, balanced braking, service both sides of the axle together.
