It packages DFC GEOSPEC coated rotors, DFC 5000 Advanced ceramic brake pads and a DFC hardware kit in one box, with no modifications required on the listed applications.

• DFC GEOSPEC coated rotors: engineered with G3000/G11H18 iron castings and finished in a silver-gray GEOSPEC coating formulated to fight rust better than conventional paint or zinc. They ship dry and ready to install without pre-degreasing.
• Precision machining: each rotor is precision cut, mill-balanced and given a non-directional finish to promote faster pad bed-in and smoother stops.
• DFC 5000 Advanced ceramic pads: asbestos-free, 100% post cured for stable friction performance and scorched to help minimize the initial break-in period, with rubber-steel-rubber shims to help reduce noise, vibration and harshness.
• DFC hardware kit: combines PTFE coating, vulcanized rubber and stainless steel, with rubber-coated abutment clips, designed to help reduce noise, premature wear and drag.

The pads are formulated for each axle of each vehicle to help maintain balanced braking on vehicles with ABS, and the rotors are designed to match the form, fit and function of OEM brake rotors. Since worn hardware can lose spring tension and allow noise and uneven wear, the kit replaces it along with the rotors and pads.
