Do I need to clean the rotors before installing?
No. The GEOSPEC rotors are processed dry, shipped dry, and ready to install with no pre-degreasing; the coating is safely swept away by the pads during break-in.
Do I have to replace both sides?
This kit covers one axle. For even, balanced braking it's best to replace both sides as a matched set rather than one wheel at a time.
