DFC 5000 ADVANCED ceramic pads: 100% asbestos-free and post-cured for stable friction, then scorched to burn off uncured bonding agents so they need less break-in and bite sooner. Premium rubber-steel-rubber shims improve NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) characteristics.
GEOSPEC coated rotors: cast to the G3000/G11H18 cast iron specification and finished in a durable silver-gray GEOSPEC coating that resists rust better than conventional paint or zinc coatings. A non-directional finish promotes faster, more even pad bed-in.
Ready to install: processed and shipped dry, so no degreasing is needed; vented rotors are 100% inspected for balance and corrected if necessary.
DFC hardware kit: stainless steel with PTFE coating, vulcanized rubber, and rubber-coated abutment clips; chamfered and slotted where applicable to reduce braking noise.
