They fit many vehicles, among them the 1994-2002 Honda Passport, 1998-2000 Isuzu Amigo and 1996-1999 Acura SLX, as a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications. When you apply the brakes, the caliper presses the pads against the rotor, creating the friction that slows the vehicle. Friction material wears with every stop, so signs these pads may need replacing include squealing or grinding when braking, longer stopping distances, or pads worn thin at inspection. Replacing the pads on both sides of the rear axle at the same time is recommended for even, balanced braking.
