They install as a direct-fit replacement for the 2013-2025 Nissan Altima and the 2014-2017 Nissan Leaf, and a hardware kit comes with the pads.

Front pads wear a little with every stop. Squealing or grinding under braking, a longer stopping distance, or pads worn thin are signs they may need replacing.
