A parking brake shoe expands outward against the drum (or rotor hat) to hold the vehicle stationary once the parking brake is applied. If your originals are worn, contaminated, or no longer holding on a grade, this set replaces them.

Construction: 100% new carbon steel, dipped in high-temperature anti-rust black paint.
Friction: semi-metallic lining, bonded or riveted per OE specifications, with glue lining and treatment for solid friction-material-to-steel bonding.
