Eastern Catalytic Catalytic Converter-Direct Fit P/N:30547
Eastern 41118 rear catalytic converter for the 2011-2016 Hyundai Elantra 4-cylinder 1.8L, the 2014-2016 Elantra 4-cylinder 2.0L and other vehicles converts harmful exhaust gases into less harmful ones. It is a Federal / EPA direct-fit converter assembly, not a CARB-certified one.
A rattle from underneath the car, a rotten-egg smell from the exhaust or a catalyst-related check engine light can mean a converter has worn out. An oxygen sensor fault can trigger the same light, so these signs alone do not prove the converter is at fault.
The 2011-2016 Hyundai Elantra 4-cylinder 1.8L, the 2014-2016 Elantra 4-cylinder 2.0L, the 2014-2016 Kia Forte 4-cylinder 1.8L or 2.0L and many other cars each take one of these converters. For the 2009-2010 Hyundai Sonata V6 3.3L it is a rear catalytic converter as well. If your car is not named here, look it up by year and engine in the "Vehicles it fits" section.
