Description

Damp engine vibration and keep the powertrain properly supported and located with the Anchor Engine Mount 2010. Cataloged for the front left lower and front right lower position, it drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 1948-1951 Ford F-1, F-2 and F-3 and the 1948-1950 Mercury M-47 (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine details). This mount supports the engine and dampens vibration.

Engineered to OE standards: designed using Anchor's CAD/CAM engineering process for consistent fit and quality.
Durable rubber: only natural and Styrene Butadiene rubber is used, which resists wear and stays stable as it ages for long life and performance.
Strong bond: Chemlock® bonding agent is used for a superior rubber-to-metal bond, and the rubber is manufactured to a specific Durometer (hardness) based on the vehicle application.
Quality hardware: any included fasteners are hardened steel with heat-treated Grade 5 bolts.

Worn mounts often show up as engine vibration at idle, movement or clunking on acceleration, deceleration or shifting, and cracked or separated rubber. If a failed mount is the cause, this replaces it. Hydraulic mounts, applicable where OE, are engineered for high-vibration and torque applications and filled with special hydraulic fluid.
