Description

Cut engine vibration and help locate the powertrain with the Anchor Engine Mount 9421, a rear engine mount that supports the engine and dampens vibration. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 1999-2001 Lexus ES300 and 2000-2004 Toyota Avalon — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level fitment.

Rear position: Cataloged as the rear mount to help support and locate the powertrain while isolating vibration and limiting movement.
Rubber-to-metal build: Uses natural and Styrene Butadiene rubber that resists wear and stays stable as it ages for long service life.
Chemlock® bonding: A Chemlock® bonding agent creates a superior rubber-to-metal bond.
Application-tuned hardness: The rubber is manufactured to a specific Durometer (hardness) based on the vehicle application requirements, and is engineered and designed to OE standards using a CAD/CAM process for consistent quality.

Any included fasteners are hardened steel with heat-treated Grade #5 bolts. Signs the original mount may need replacing include vibration at idle, a clunk on acceleration, deceleration, or shifting, and cracked or separated rubber. If a worn rear mount is the cause of those symptoms, this replaces it.
