Quiet a shaking, thumping powertrain with the Anchor Engine Mount 8617, a front engine mount that supports and locates the engine while dampening vibration and limiting movement. It's a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications: the 1995-2002 Volkswagen Cabrio (L4-2.0L), 1993-1999 Volkswagen Golf (L4-1.9L, L4-2.0L), 1993-1999 Volkswagen Jetta (L4-1.9L, L4-2.0L), 1995-1997 Volkswagen Passat (L4-1.9L) and 1995-1996 Volkswagen Passat (L4-2.0L).

Supports and isolates: helps support and locate the engine while soaking up vibration for a smoother, quieter ride.
Purpose-built rubber: natural and Styrene Butadiene rubber that resists wear and stays stable as it ages for long service life.
Strong bond: Chemlock® bonding agent creates a superior rubber-to-metal bond.
Tuned hardness: rubber is manufactured to specific Durometer (hardness) measurements based on the vehicle application.
