It installs as a direct-fit replacement for a long list of Harley-Davidson models — including the 1988-2017 FLSTC Heritage Softail Classic, 1999-2021 FLHR Road King, 2000-2017 FLSTF Fat Boy, 2006-2021 FLHX Street Glide, and 2007-2019 FLHTCU Electra Glide Ultra Classic. Synthetic media: a 5-micron synthetic filtering medium rated for 99% dirt-trapping efficiency, well suited to synthetic and high-mileage motor oils.
Silicone anti-drainback valve: holds oil in the filter to help prevent dry starts; the silicone won't harden or become brittle like nitrile valves.
Long service life: meets or exceeds OE-recommended change intervals up to 15,000 miles, with a long-life, tight-fitting gasket and solid metal end caps for a positive seal.
Flow & fit: 3/4-16 thread, an 8 PSI bypass relief valve setting, and a 7-9 GPM flow rate; roughly 3.40 in tall with a 2.921 in top outer diameter.
