Four Seasons A/C Compressor P/N:168393
Circulate refrigerant through your classic GM's A/C system with the Four Seasons Remanufactured A/C Compressor 57223, a GM R4 unit that drops in across a wide run of 1975-1978 General Motors cars and trucks — including the Buick Century, Chevrolet C10 and Camaro, GMC Jimmy, Oldsmobile Cutlass, and Pontiac Firebird (engine listed as All). See the Buyer's Guide tab for the full application list.
This GM R4 compressor uses a 12-volt clutch coil at the 12 o'clock position, a single-groove V-belt pulley (5.000 in outside diameter, 0.500 in belt width), a case-mount design, and a spade connector. The compatible refrigerant is R134A with PAG 150 oil. A switch is not included, and mounting hardware is not included — consult the vehicle service information for the correct fasteners. Sold individually. Signs the original compressor may need replacing include no cold air, a noisy or seized clutch, or refrigerant leaks; diagnose the cause before replacing.
Manufacturer part number 57223.
Which vehicles does the 57223 compressor fit?

What's included with the compressor?
The clutch is included, and it comes with the R12/R134A/1234yf O-rings and sealing washers. A switch and mounting hardware are not included.

No cold air, a noisy or seized clutch, or refrigerant leaks can point to a failing compressor. Diagnose the cause first, since other A/C components can cause the same symptoms.
