Four Seasons A/C Compressor P/N:168529
Four Seasons 57423 a/c compressor for the 1996-1998 Nissan Pathfinder and other vehicles is a remanufactured Nihon/Calsonic compressor with the clutch included. It compresses refrigerant and moves it through the a/c system.
A noisy compressor, a clutch that does not engage or warm air from the vents can mean the compressor is worn. Before you replace it, rule out a leak elsewhere in the system, a low refrigerant charge and an electrical fault such as a blown fuse. The 1996-1998 Nissan Pathfinder takes one. It also fits the 1997-1998 Infiniti QX4.
