Bring cold air back to the vents with the Four Seasons A/C Evaporator Core 54619, a tube & fin aluminum core that fits the 1985-1992 Volkswagen Golf [All] and 1985-1992 Volkswagen Jetta [All]. Mounted inside the HVAC case, the evaporator core is where low-pressure refrigerant expands and evaporates, absorbing heat from the cabin air pushed across its fins so the blower delivers cooled air into the interior.

Tube & fin aluminum construction: a tube-and-fin core built from aluminum for heat transfer between the refrigerant and the passing air.
OE-level performance: the core design meets or exceeds OE performance and efficiency, with optimized refrigerant flow and an application-specific design.
Sealing hardware included: comes with the gaskets, o-rings, or seals needed to properly replace the core, including two of o-ring 24608. Male insert o-ring outlet fitting; male inlet and outlet fitting genders.
