Keep your BMW's A/C system clean and dry with the Four Seasons A/C Receiver Drier 83356, an aluminum filter drier with a pad mount that drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications. It houses a desiccant bag that pulls moisture and contaminants out of the refrigerant — debris that system flushing cannot remove — which is why the drier is replaced whenever the system is opened or serviced.
Aluminum construction: an aluminum filter drier body with an integrated pad mount.
Leak-free welds: quality welds for a durable, leak-free design.
High-quality desiccant: a desiccant bag sized for appropriate moisture absorption; a leaking or "open" system can saturate the bag within hours and leave the drier ineffective.
Install hardware included: the necessary gaskets, o-rings and seal are supplied for installation.
Backed by Four Seasons' mobile A/C experience, this unit is produced in an ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001 certified facility. Replacing the drier is required to validate a compressor warranty and should be done any time the system is serviced.
Fitment: Fits 2017-2023 BMW 530 SERIES, 2017-2023 BMW 540 SERIES, 2016-2019 BMW 740 SERIES, 2020-2021 BMW 840 SERIES and more — see the "Vehicles it fits" section for the full list and engine applications.
