Keep high-pressure refrigerant moving from the compressor to the condenser with the Four Seasons A/C Refrigerant Discharge Hose 55742, an application-specific direct-fit replacement for the 2005-2006 Kia Optima with the L4-2.4L engine. On the high-pressure discharge side of the system, this line routes hot, pressurized refrigerant out of the compressor; if the original hose is cracked, chafed, or leaking at a fitting, replacing it addresses that leak point and helps restore proper A/C operation.
Barrier hose construction: built with double-wall barrier hose for the refrigerant discharge line.
Seals included: ships with the gaskets, O-rings, or seals needed to complete the job — two O-Rings (part 24649) — plus an included service port.
Fittings: aluminum and rubber build with a P-Nut fitting on each end and a crimp fitting connection.
