Carry high-pressure refrigerant from the compressor to the condenser with the Four Seasons A/C Refrigerant Discharge Hose 56850, an application-specific high-side line assembly. It drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 1990-1993 Acura Integra (L4-1.8L) and the 1992-1993 Acura Integra (L4-1.7L).
Double-wall barrier hose: constructed to handle A/C refrigerant; per the refrigerant type spec, compatible with R-12 and R-134a.
Aluminum and rubber build: crimp-fitting connections with a P-Nut fitting on each end.
Seals included: supplied with the gaskets/O-rings needed to complete the connection, including two #24608 O-rings.
Application-specific design: supplied without a bracket, without a muffler, and without a service port.
The discharge hose routes high-pressure, high-temperature refrigerant away from the compressor toward the condenser. Oily residue at the fittings, a visible crack or chafe in the hose, or refrigerant escaping from the high side are signs the line may need replacing; if a leaking or damaged discharge hose is the cause of weak A/C performance, this assembly replaces it. Diagnose the source of the leak before servicing the system.
