Get the front heating and air-conditioning system moving air again with the Four Seasons Blower Motor Kit 75788BRK1 — a complete blower motor, resistor and connector kit that bundles the commonly failed parts of a front blower circuit into one repair. It's a direct-fit application for the 1996-2022 Chevrolet Express 2500 and Express 3500, 1996-2014 Express 1500, 1997-2019 GMC Savana 2500 and Savana 3500, plus the 2003-2009 Chevrolet and GMC Kodiak/TopKick medium-duty trucks and more — see the "Vehicles it fits" section for the full list of covered years, makes and models.

The blower motor spins the fan that pushes air through the front HVAC case, while the included resistor controls fan speed. Replacing motor, resistor and harness together addresses the parts that tend to fail alongside each other, so you're not chasing a second no-blow or single-speed complaint later.

    • Application-specific design for the listed vehicles.
    • O.E.-style connectors for plug-and-play installation.
    • Kit contents: blower motor, resistor and harness (where applicable) for a complete repair.
    • Backed by Four Seasons and its decades of mobile A/C experience.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What comes in this HVAC blower motor kit?

It's a complete kit that includes the blower motor, the blower resistor and, where applicable, the wiring harness — bundling the commonly failed parts of the front blower circuit into one repair.

What does the blower motor do?

The blower motor spins the fan that pushes air through the front HVAC case for heating, cooling and defrost. The included resistor controls the fan-speed settings.

    Which vehicles does 75788BRK1 fit?

It's a direct-fit application for models like the 1996-2022 Chevrolet Express 2500/3500, 1997-2019 GMC Savana 2500/3500 and 2003-2009 Kodiak/TopKick trucks. Check the "Vehicles it fits" section for the full list.

Why replace the resistor and connector along with the motor?

These parts commonly fail together, so replacing the motor, resistor and harness at once helps address the whole front blower circuit and reduces the chance of a repeat no-blow or single-speed complaint.

Are the connectors easy to install?

Yes — the kit uses O.E.-style connectors designed for plug-and-play installation on the listed applications, with an application-specific design.
