Four Seasons 73160 mode door actuator for the 2004-2013 Chevrolet Impala and other vehicles is the motor that moves the air door inside the HVAC housing and sets which vents the air comes from.
- Engineered and tested for years of trouble-free operation, backed by over 50 years of Four Seasons mobile A/C experience.
- Meets or exceeds OE specifications for fit and function.
- Internal motor, drive gears, electronics and connections.

A worn HVAC mode door actuator can show up as clicking or tapping behind the dash, air coming out of the wrong vents, or airflow that does not change when you switch modes. The blend door actuator or the HVAC control panel can be behind the same signs, so find the cause before you replace this part.
This actuator is a direct-fit replacement for a wide range of Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac and Pontiac models, including the 2004-2008 Chevrolet Malibu and the 2005-2009 Buick LaCrosse. If your car is not named here, look up its year and engine in the "Vehicles it fits" section.
