Raybestos Brakes Disc Brake Caliper P/N:FRC10986
Replace a leaking or sticking rear left caliper with the Raybestos R-Line Remanufactured Semi-Loaded Caliper and Bracket Assembly, part number FRC11579. This disc brake caliper applies hydraulic pressure to squeeze the brake pads against the rotor. It fits many vehicles, among them the 2003-2020 Chevrolet Express 2500, 2003-2020 Chevrolet Express 3500 and 2003-2020 GMC Savana 2500 with all engines. It is a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications; see the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list.
Specifications: This is a floating caliper with a cast iron casting and a 1.996 in (50.7 mm) piston. The bleeder screw thread is M10x1, and the bracket mounting holes are 14 mm with a 2.000 mm thread pitch. The country of origin is Mexico.
The listed applications use one caliper at the rear left position. It is sold individually, and replacing both rear calipers together is recommended for even, balanced braking. If a seized piston, a torn boot or a fluid leak in the original caliper is causing a brake pull or drag, this assembly replaces it.
