Carter Fuel Pump Module Assembly P/N:P76739M
Carter P74770M fuel pump module for the 1998-2000 Chevrolet Tahoe V8 5.7L and other vehicles delivers fuel from the tank to the engine. Also called a fuel pump assembly, it comes with the fuel sending unit.
A weak or failing fuel pump module can show up as hard starting, sputtering under load or a whine from the tank. A clogged fuel filter is another common cause of those symptoms, so they alone do not prove the module is at fault.
It fits the 1998-2000 Chevrolet Tahoe V8 5.7L, the 1998-2000 GMC Yukon V8 5.7L and the 1999-2000 Cadillac Escalade V8 5.7L, and each takes one module.
