Gates Engine Crankcase Vent Valve P/N:EMH1001
Gates EMH916 crankcase vent valve for the 2004-2006 Volkswagen Touareg V6 3.2L vents crankcase vapors through the engine's emission ventilation system. It is also called an engine crankcase vent valve and helps return that system to normal operation.
A worn valve can show up as oil leaks, oil residue in the vent hose or a rough idle. Those signs can have other causes, so with the engine off and cool, look over the PCV hose and its connections for cracks or oil residue before you replace the valve.
This is a direct-fit replacement for the 2004-2006 Volkswagen Touareg V6 3.2L, which takes one valve per engine.
