Route coolant reliably between the intake manifold and heater core with the Gates Molded Heater Hose 19298, a factory-molded, OEM-style hose shaped to fit the tighter engine compartments of the 2001-2006 Lexus LS430 (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level fitment). This pre-formed hose carries the intake-manifold-to-heater run, so its bends match the factory routing for a clean, direct-fit installation.
