Keep coolant flowing to the heater core with the Gates Premium Modular Coolant Hose 52091, a direct-fit heater outlet hose for the 2013-2017 Ford Focus. Built as a modular assembly, it's shaped for the specific application and carries the essential integrated components — hose branches, quick-connectors, restrictors and sensor ports as applicable — so it routes coolant like the original.

Position: Heater outlet.

Electrochemical-resistance: Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, a leading cause of hose failure.
EPDM construction: EPDM tube with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement and a heat-, ozone- and chemical-coolant-resistant EPDM cover.
Vacuum-stable: Specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum.
Standards & temp: Meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 under 25 mm (1 in.) ID and SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 for 25 mm (1 in.) ID and over; rated for -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C).
