Description

Keep coolant flowing between the radiator and engine with the Gates Radiator Coolant Hose 21850, a premium molded hose for the upper coolant application. It's a direct-fit replacement for the 1985-1989 Chevrolet P Series Van, 1985-1989 Chevrolet P30, and 1985-1989 GMC P3500 — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level details.

Molded to a pre-shaped contour, it's designed to fit without the kinking or fit problems of a straight hose cut to length, helping ensure a properly sealed connection.

EPDM construction: EPDM tube, synthetic fiber knit reinforcement, and a heat-, ozone- and chemical-coolant-resistant EPDM cover.
Collapse resistant: specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum.
Degradation resistant: engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, a leading cause of hose failure.
Rated: meets SAE 20R4 class D2 and DIN 73411 class A (except for tolerances); temperature range -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C).

Gates recommends replacing the hose clamps whenever a new coolant hose is installed. Do not use for fuel or oil transfer applications.
